What does Sharkon Data do?

Who is Sharkon Data?
Sharkon Data is committed to improving the performance of Service Desk in the Industry. Started by the Founders of MSP Assist, and with 40 years experience working with 100s of MSPs we understand the industry as well as anyone.
How often is my data updated?
Your 1st data transfer captures 6 months of ticket data. We analyse the data with our proprietary ticket reader and categorize each ticket into 1 of 10 categories. This provides a great starting point. Once the initial ticket load is completed, your data is updated daily.
How do I change my plan?
If you subscribe to a monthly plan, you can cancel at anytime, you will only be charged for the remainder of the month. If you wish to move from monthly charge to the annual fee you can do so within the month. At the start of the next month you will be charged the annual fee.
